Accommodation fees

• The accommodation fees for the XV IAO:

  Regular fees (report and application adopted before the regular deadlines):

  Team fee: 470.– Euro/team
  plus:
  Students and first team leader: 470.– Euro/person
  Pedagogical leaders (jury members): 0.– Euro
  Observers: 940.– Euro/person

  Small delays in reports or applications: the correspondent fees are 485 euro (970 euro for observers).

  Larger delays: the correspondent fees are 570 euro (1140 euro for observers).

  The fee covers the board, lodging, transportation, excursions, sport, ceremonial, and general organization expenses since 12:00 October 16^th till 12:00 October 24^th.

  Supplement fee for extra days (before 12:00 of October 16^th or after 12:00 of October 24^th):

  Students and team leaders: 65.– Euro/person/day
  Observers: 130.– Euro/person/day
  Maximum additional days of stay have to be coordinated with LOC.

  The fees are to be paid cash the first day of accommodation.
