Accommodation fees

• The accommodation fees for the XVI IAO:

  Regular fees (report and application adopted before the regular deadlines):

  Team fee: 350.– Euro/team
  plus:
  Students and first team leader: 350.– Euro/person
  Pedagogical leaders (jury members): 0.– Euro
  Observers: 800.– Euro/person

  Small delays in reports or applications: the correspondent fees are 365 euro (830 euro for observers).

  Larger delays: the correspondent fees are 450 euro (1000 euro for observers).

  The fee covers the board, lodging, transportation, excursions, sport, ceremonial, and general organization expenses since 12:00 September 22^th till 12:00 September 30^th.

  Supplement fee for extra days (before 12:00 of September 22^th or after 12:00 of September 30^th):

  Students and team leaders: 45.– Euro/person/day
  Observers: 90.– Euro/person/day
  Maximum additional days of stay have to be coordinated with LOC.

  The fees are to be paid cash the first day of accommodation.
