Accommodation  fees

The accommodation fees for the XVII IAO:
(accommodation in HMDP)

• Regular fees (report and application adopted before the regular deadlines):

  Team fee: 370. 350.– Euro/team
  plus:
  Contestants and first team leader: 350.– Euro/person
  Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– Euro
  Observers: 800.– Euro/person

• Late application (application adopted before the "late registration" deadline):

  Team fee: 385. 365.– Euro/team
  plus:
  Contestants and first team leader: 365.– Euro/person
  Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– Euro
  Observers: 830.– Euro/person

• Very late application (application adopted before the "very late registration" deadline):

  Team fee: 470. 450.– Euro/team
  plus:
  Contestants and first team leader: 450.– Euro/person
  Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– Euro
  Observers: 1000.– Euro/person

• The fee covers the board, lodging, transportation, excursions, sport, ceremonial, and general organization expenses since 12:00 October 16^th till 12:00 October 24^th.

• Supplement fee for extra days (before 12:00 of October 16^th or after 12:00 of October 24^th):

  Contestants and team leaders: 45.– Euro/person/day
  Observers: 90.– Euro/person/day
  Maximum additional days of stay have to be coordinated with LOC.

• The fees are to be paid cash the first day of accommodation.
