Accommodation  fees

The accommodation fees for the XXVII IAO:

• Regular fees (application accepted until September 24):

  Team fee: 3450.– RMB/team (about ~445.– Euro/team)
  plus:
  Contestants and first team leader: 3450.– RMB/person (about ~445.– Euro/person)
  Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– RMB
  Observers: 6900.– RMB/person (about ~890.– Euro/person)

• Late application fees (application accepted until October 10):

  Team fee: 3850.– RMB/team (about ~495.– Euro/team)
  plus:
  Contestants and first team leader: 3850.– RMB/person (about ~495.– Euro/person)
  Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– RMB
  Observers: 7900.– RMB/person (about ~1020.– Euro/person)

• Very late application (application accepted on October 11 and later)
  (Note: in most cases applications cannot be accepted later than October 10):

  Team fee: 4250.– RMB/team (about ~545.– Euro/team)
  plus:
  Contestants and first team leader: 4250.– RMB/person (about ~545.– Euro/person)
  Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– RMB
  Observers: 8900.– RMB/person (about ~1150.– Euro/person)

• The fee covers the board, lodging, transportation, excursions, sport, ceremonial, and general organization expenses since 12:00 November 6^th till 12:00 November 14^th.

• Supplement fee for extra days (before 12:00 of November 6^th or after 12:00 of November 14^th) to be paid additionally.

   

• The deadline of the fee payment is October 18, 2023.

  If you have any problems with the date or method of payment, please contact with LOC as well.
