Participation  and  Accommodation  fees

Accommodation fees for the XXVIII IAO (on-site participation):

Accommodation before the official Day of arrival and/or after the official Day of departure is possible for an additional fee.
Single accommodation is possible (for team leaders and observers only) for an additional fee.
Note:	The teams inform in advance about their preferences, which hotel they prefer to stay in. The Organizing Committee will try to take into account the wishes of all the teams. However, due to the limited capacity of each of the hotels, it may not be possible to satisfy all the preferences. In this case, preference will be given to the teams that sent applications and paid the fee before others.
Note:	All members of each team have to stay in the same hotel. (Exceptions may be done for observers).
