The main points for formation of the teams

The points proposed to be analogous to ones for the 4^th and 5^th Asian-Pacific Astronomy Olympiads.
Details will be published in the 2^nd announcement.

National Astronomy Olympic Committees and interested organizations are welcome to ask more about the 6^th APAO and in 2010 may form the teams for the 15^th IAO as well as for the 6^th APAO.
