Notes for authors The journal publishes
original papers and short communications. Occasionally, review papers as well
as papers of the educational purpose will be published. Manuscript of the authors
of Russia and post-soviet states should be submitted either in Russian or in
English. Instructions for preparing manuscripts in Russian found here.
Papers from other
countries can be submitted in English and they will be published either in
the original language or in Russian translation depending on the author’s
will. English manuscripts should be prepared according to the rules, which
can be found here.
The file of the main body
of the manuscript should be named by the name
of the first author + the first keyword (for example, smith_creep.doc), the
tables and figures are to be named in a similar manner
(smith_creep_table1.doc; smith_creep_fig1.jpg). All
