Main research directions:
- Investigation of electron and atomic crystalline structure, transport properties of semiconductor and superconductor compounds, ultrathin metal layers on semiconductor surface using photoelectron spectroscopy, low-energy electron diffractometry, tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy.
- Creation of low-dimensional metal and semiconductor structures (quantum dots, filaments, 2D metalattices) on surfaces of semiconductors, metals, and quasi-2D opal matrices and their analysis using probe microscopy (AFM, tunneling microscopy), and electron spectroscopy.
