PURPOSE
The apparatus is
designed to deposit thin films of various materials onto
glass, polyethylene, metals, and paper by
vacuum-arc deposition and magnetron sputtering.
The apparatus allows one to form translucent and specular
films on sheet- and roll-materials and large-sized products.
The apparatus affords preparation of multicomponent
compositions (up to six elements and reaction gases).
The apparatus is designed for operation under the moderate
climat.
