Announcement:The conference is organized jointly by the Institute of Solid State Physics, the Institute of Problems of Chemical Physics and the Landau Institute for Theoretical Physics (Russian Academy of Sciences), and by the InQubit company. The previous conference was held in Chernogolovka in 1999.

Goal:bringing together top-level experts, both theorists and experimentalists, for presentation (in the most detailed form) and discussion of recent research results.
Framework:the program is supposed to be compiled of about 60 invited talks (40 minutes duration each) distributed (mainly but not exclusively) between the main subjects listed above. A few round-table panels will be organized to discuss a number of specific "hot problems", which are to be identified during the Workshop. A poster session can be organized according to request statistics.
Location:Chernogolovka is a research center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, located 60 km from the center of Moscow, with regular public transportation to/from Moscow. A flexible social program will be arranged by the Organizing Committee.
Deadline for abstract submission: September, 10.
Dates:October 11, Sunday, will be the first working day of the meeting, starting from 9 a.m. International arrivals are expected on Saturday, October 10. Scientific program will end on Friday, October 16.
Financials:the Organizing Committee will seek funds to cover local expenses for the invited speakers.
